Role
Motion Designer / Visual Designer — concept, texture capture, design, and animation.
Project goal
Create an opener/titles piece with a hypnotic organic feel: combine real ink behavior on wet paper with a controlled glitch language, keeping the texture raw, analog, and unmistakably alive.
Creative and technical approach
The core idea started with a simple observation: a drop of ink “breathing” through wet paper—expanding, branching, then slowly retreating as if time is rewinding. I captured dozens of these ink movements frame by frame and turned them into the project’s visual engine: authentic, unpredictable textures with a raw analog feel, shaped into a clean and directed glitch structure.
The most important design choice was reusability. The visuals weren’t treated as a one-off effect—they evolved into a system: modular mattes and overlays designed to be repurposed and reinterpreted across different edits and future productions.
Result
A bold, contemporary opener/titles piece built from real, tactile material—emotionally engaging on screen, and intentionally designed to last through a modular, reusable visual toolkit.
